Return Policy
We accept returns of any unopened item for refund. We accept returns of any wrong order that is our fault. We can not accept returns of any item that is been opened or tampered with. Defective items will be replaced if notified within three days of receipt and returned not more 7 working days. all returns should be accompanied by proof of purchase. There is no refund return for International orders. Because of the nature of the products and the subjective whitening results. We do not accept returns/refunds for unsatisfactory results. Products’ specifications are explained on the website and included in the product boxes. Results are only guaranteed by the manufacturer.

There is a re-shipment charge if customers fail to receive and sign for orders due to own mistakes (out of the country, not calling for item within time, invalid address)
Delivery
Your order is shipped by first class recorded mail. Orders before 2:00pm are dispatched same day. Delivery times may vary and can only be guaranteed by the courier company. We at Onlywhite do our best to make sure that your order arrives to you in good packaging and in a timely manner. If your order is delayed more than 5 working days you can email customer.care@onlywhite.co.uk and we will track your order. We can not track orders outside UK. Customers are responsible for providing valid addresses. We do not deliver outside EU and deliveries are not guaranteed to Italy and Spain.

UK Mainland £ £3.50 (1-3 working days) Recorded Delivery.
Orders over £55 Exl shipping are shipped Next Working Day Special Delivery for the same price of standard shipping (Placed Before 1:30 PM).
EU £ 7.50 (2-5 working days) Priority Recorded Delivery
